Mr. Creel is a recognized leader in the design and implementation of Advanced Planning and Supply Chain Management business processes and information systems. Kevin has over 25 years of industry experience dedicated to improving supply chain performance and cost effectiveness with responsibilities in Engineering, Operations, MIS Management, direct Project ownership, and Application Consulting.

From 2001 to 2005, as a staff member of Oracle Corporation Product Development, Mr. Creel’s design leadership contributed to expanding the functionality and usability of Oracle’s Advanced Planning applications. His most notable contributions were in leading the development of the planning architecture for the Configure to Order (CTO), Oracle Shop Floor Manufacturing (OSFM), Multi-Company, and Drop shipment solutions. He was also instrumental in guiding numerous leading edge implementations by providing advice and instruction to consulting firms and client steering committees. After leaving Oracle Product Development, Kevin founded the consulting firm Agile Planning Group which grew and evolved into Inspirage with the addition of several highly notable partners.

Mr. Creel’s primary responsibilities for Inspirage are to build and support the Advanced Supply Chain and Collaborative Planning practices.

Mr. Hoskote has more than 15 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing information systems related to Supply Chain Management in several industry segments. Mr. Hoskote’s range of expertise includes business process re-engineering, productivity improvements, modeling business systems, systems implementation, software development, and quality management.

Prior to founding Inspirage, Mr. Hoskote led the product management and implementation efforts at a leading start-up company in enterprise software space. He was instrumental in bringing planning and other supply chain products into the market and oversaw its adoption with several clients. There before, Mr. Hoskote spent nearly a decade at Oracle product development group where his responsibility within the APS (formerly Master Scheduling/MRP group) included product management, quality management, early customer adoption management, and product strategy. He was part of the team which developed the Oracle APS product suite and created one of the leading products in the market. During his tenure with Oracle, he managed several products including ASCP, GOP, IO, and CP. Over the years Mr. Hoskote was responsible for designing and developing significant enhancements in all of the APS products. In addition, he also oversaw several very successful implementations of APS product suites with several fortune 500 companies

Mr. Hoskote’s primary responsibilities for Inspirage are to build and develop cutting edge APS and Demantra practices.

Mr.Iyer is a recognized leader in the design, implementation and management of highly successful global APS and ERP supply chain projects in complex environments focused on high tech and life sciences industry. Mr. Iyer joined Inspirage after managing his own successful consulting firm specializing in Oracle Advanced Planning applications. Prior to founding this firm, he was the Director of Consulting and Hosting Services for Triniti Corporation and helped this firm through a seven year period as a successful start-up by leading several global Oracle implementations. He was also responsible for managing their Oracle applications practice that included the US, Japan and India consulting services group.

While at Triniti and prior to Triniti with Oracle Corporation and SSA, Mr. Iyer now has over 15 years of demonstrated experience in the Supply Chain applications. He brings a wealth of application, industry and implementation expertise to Inspirage customers.

Mr. Iyer’s primary responsibilities for Inspirage are to build and support the Advanced Supply Chain and Production Scheduling practices, as well as the dual responsibility of leading the global consulting organizations.

Mr. Subramanian is a recognized leader in the design and implementation of Demand Management and Supply Chain Management business processes and information systems. Prior to founding Inspirage in April 2007, Srini was the Supply Chain Solutions Delivery and Business Systems Manager for Starbucks Corporation responsible for their global implementation of the Oracle Advanced Planning solution. In addition to his eight plus years of consulting experience, Mr. Subramanian exceedingly built his reputation within the Supply Chain Consulting industry while working for Oracle product development organization for a five-year tenure. During this period he was instrumental in successful rollout of several releases of Oracle Advanced Planning suite. Beyond leading cross-functional teams to enhance the product’s usability, Mr. Subramanian was responsible for leading strategic “early adopter” clients through the successful
implementation of these new applications. He provided expert advice in various supply chain planning areas including demand planning, inventory planning, order promising and CPFR.
