Mr. Subramanian is a recognized leader in the design and implementation of Demand Management and Supply Chain Management business processes and information systems. Prior to founding Inspirage in April 2007, Srini was the Supply Chain Solutions Delivery and Business Systems Manager for Starbucks Corporation responsible for their global implementation of the Oracle Advanced Planning solution. In addition to his eight plus years of consulting experience, Mr. Subramanian exceedingly built his reputation within the Supply Chain Consulting industry while working for Oracle product development organization for a five-year tenure. During this period he was instrumental in successful rollout of several releases of Oracle Advanced Planning suite. Beyond leading cross-functional teams to enhance the product’s usability, Mr. Subramanian was responsible for leading strategic “early adopter” clients through the successful
implementation of these new applications. He provided expert advice in various supply chain planning areas including demand planning, inventory planning, order promising and CPFR.

Mr. Subramanian’s primary responsibilities for Inspirage are to build and support the Advanced Supply Chain and Demantra applications.
