Mr. Subramanian founded Inspirage with the objective of bringing together the most influential leaders and successful independent consulting practices operating within the advanced planning space to serve a common purpose – make customers extremely successful in leveraging most business benefits out of these applications. His efforts started in earnest in April of 2007 with the successful consolidation of three independent consulting practices into Inspirage’s fold by September of that year. Today, Inspirage is the leader in the Oracle’s Value Chain Planning domain with over 25 successful reference customers in various industrial verticals.
Mr. Subramanian is also a recognized leader in the design and implementation of demand and supply management business processes and information systems using Oracle Demantra and APS suite of applications. He exceedingly built his reputation within the supply chain consulting industry while working for Oracle product development organization for a five-year tenure. During this period he was instrumental in successful rollout of several releases of Oracle Advanced Planning suite. Beyond leading cross-functional teams to enhance the product’s usability, Mr. Subramanian was responsible for leading strategic “early adopter” clients through the successful implementation of these new applications. He has architected large scale global supply chain planning solutions and advised global 500 firms in various areas including demand management and sales & operations planning using Demantra and ASCP, inventory planning using IO, order promising using GOP and CPFR using CP.
He holds an engineering degree in CS from India and an MBA in Technology Management from University of Washington in Seattle, WA.
