Salt Lake City, Utah, Sept. 5, 2008 – Inspirage LLC, the premier full service consulting firm specializing in the implementation of Oracle Advanced Planning & Oracle Demantra applications announced today that Willard Wayman has joined the firm as Practice Director. Mr. Wayman will be responsible for leading the growth of Inspirage’s Oracle APS training and education services.

Prior to joining Inspirage, Mr. Wayman was the Director of Supply Chain Management at Sportsman’s Warehouse, completing implementations of Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning and Demantra applications. Prior to that experience, he was employed by USANA Health Sciences as Director of ERP applications, leading the implementation of Oracle Process Manufacturing applications and Advanced Planning & Scheduling applications in a multi-national environment.

Mr. Wayman has extensive knowledge of and experience working with the Oracle eBusiness suite of applications. During an 8-year career with Oracle University, he rose to the position of Practice Manager for North America, custom delivery of manufacturing applications. He worked on the Oracle Fast Forward project for Oracle education and was the instructor of the year in 1997. He is a recognized leader in the area of Oracle APS applications devising solutions in High Tech, Retail, and Discrete and Process Manufacturing clients. Mr. Wayman is a graduate of Utah State University and was APICS certified at the fellow level.
