Lisa Anderson is Global Senior Director – Talent, Leadership and Culture.
Throughout her career, Lisa’s focus has been on improving the effectiveness of individuals and teams to maximize employee satisfaction and business results. Lisa’s expertise lies in organizational development, talent management, organizational design, change management, executive coaching and leadership development.
Lisa began her career in marketing in the telecom industry then shifted gears to become a coach. From there she worked at Microsoft in Learning & Development and Organization Development roles. Prior to Inspirage she was at EMC (now Dell) where she was most recently a Senior Talent Development Consultant.
Lisa holds a BA from Western University and a BComm from The University of Windsor. Additionally, she holds several professional certifications including Coaching, Organization Development and Leadership.
