Methodology

SCMplify™, a proprietary methodology developed by Inspirage provides an agile, flexible and responsive approach to solution design, prototype and implementation of supply chain planning applications. SCMplify™ was developed based on years of experience in developing supply chain planning software and implementing cutting-edge solutions for customers in various industry verticals. It is designed to solve implementation challenges expediently in a complex planning environment and overcome hurdles such as data quality, extensive requirement analysis and solution designs, to rapidly bring benefits to the business and reduce complexity to IT.

The highlights of SCMplify™ are:

  • Sub-division of business requirements into smaller right-sized phases for solution rollout. This allows the business to gain benefits more quickly while reducing the risks of a long protracted software implementation.
  • Small focused cross-functional teams comprised of Inspirage and key customer personnel. This allows the implementation team to expediently arrive at solutions to challenging problems.
  • Rapid plan, prototype and implement cycles allows introduction of more frequent and smaller changes to the business making change management easy. This also allows for the feedback from prior solution rollouts to be incorporated into subsequent solution rollouts.
  • Maximize the usage of software functionality out-of-the-box and minimize customizations and extensions.
