Our AMS methodology takes 3 prong approach to ensure you’re getting the most of your Oracle Cloud application investment.
During the initiate phase, the pre-project activities include identifying the resources based on the project needs, training on project specifics, and defining, conducting, playback and sign off of a knowledge transition
During the stabilize phase, the AMS team studies the customer process, shares the questionnaire with key internal teams who will provide the KT, and understands the customer specific support process. The AMS team will attend and document the KT sessions, and review and create play book sessions.
The key themes during the innovate phase is optimizing what has stabilized, transforming it to next level and constantly improving upon it. One such example of optimization includes having a common technology platform and multiple instances of different technologies or having more pro-active maintenance tools in the form of scripts or value propositions. As part of the transformation, it is important to identify any non-value added steps in the process and eliminate them and to transform the process closure to best-in class, industry standards.
