Consulting firm builds End-to-End Cloud Solution from Marketing to Sales to Finance

BELLEVUE, WA – March 23, 2016 Inspirage, the leading integrated supply chain specialists for operational excellence, is pleased to announce the results of the company’s Oracle Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation.

In less than eight weeks, Inspirage leveraged their own Rapid Value Implementation Methodology to roll out the solution, which embraces standard business processes and resulted in the deployment of standard solutions across the enterprise. The data model established within the Cloud ERP served as a core focus of the project, supporting an integrated flow of information end-to-end – from marketing and sales to project estimation and finance.

The Oracle Cloud ERP solution deployed by Inspirage included:

  • Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua)
  • Oracle Sales Cloud
  • Oracle Cloud Finance
  • Oracle Project Portfolio Management Cloud
  • Oracle Time and Labor
  • Oracle Documents Cloud

Inspirage initially deployed the Oracle Sales and Marketing Cloud solution globally and deployed Financials for Asia in Phase 1. The second phase deployed the complete Financial solution, which aligned with project functionality to support the global consulting services business. The results of the second phase:

  • Reduced the number of systems from 16 to six systems
  • Eliminated the need for data re-entry and errors between systems
  • Increased the number of qualified sales opportunities issued through the pipeline
  • Reduced key finance operations
    • Consolidations one hour versus three days
    • Tax reporting one day versus six days
    • GL additions flow through the system
    • Empowered GL users to build custom reports
