Primavera P6 EPPM – Fundamentals

Get started with the Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM) web-based module through hands-on, basic training. Participants will gain a thorough background in the concepts of planning and scheduling as well as techniques for scheduling. This four-day course leads you through hands-on case studies that create and track an entire resource and cost-loaded project to completion.

New and existing P6 EPPM, P3e, and P3e/c users; Project Managers; Program Managers; Resource Managers

Prerequisite:
Fundamental knowledge of project management basics.
