Brief Job Description:

  • 12+ years experience planning, designing, and developing software, including highly scalable systems and experience with service-oriented architecture preferably OpenESB/SOA/Mule/Oracle
  • Experienced in DevOps Model, Release Management
  • Understanding of product management practices and experience working with engineering and design teams

Project Management Skills:

  • Proven leadership skills and teamwork skills. You have experience guiding and mentoring software development engineers
  • Proven ability to work and deliver effectively in a customer-focused, cross-functional team
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented design and concepts
  • Excellent skills in algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis
  • Manage, prioritize and continuous grooming of the product backlog, capturing defects and enhancement requests
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize feature requests and defects
  • Lead/Participate in Release Planning, scheduling backlog items into regular releases aligned to business priority
  • Communicate regularly to stakeholders
  • Develop and manage user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria
  • Work with Quality Engineer to define acceptance tests for features
  • Drive the development team to deliver the feature requests and defect fixes
  • Train and demonstrate new features and enhancements to business

Preferred Qualifications:

  • University Degree (MCA, BE/B.Tech, or Any Master Degree)
  • Strong user-focused technical collaborator
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and experience managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment
  • Experience taking a leading role in building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
  • Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
  • Experience with distributed computing and enterprise-wide systems
  • Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
  • Experience mentoring software engineers to improve their skills, and make them more effective, product software engineers
  • Experience influencing software engineering best practices within your team
  • Hands-on expertise in many disparate technologies, typically ranging from front-end user interfaces through to back-end systems and all points in between
  • Passion for building complex systems and a proven ability to deliver quality code
  • Self-directed and capable of working effectively in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to work within ambiguous design constraints
  • Work well in teams and respect and welcome ideas from partners, business stakeholders, and technical experts
  • Passion for solving complex and interesting problems
  • Passion for writing great, simple, clean, efficient code
  • Passion for customer service

Must Haves:

  • Good communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Development and Architect skills in Oracle Cloud
  • Ability to assess skills and performance
  • Project/People Management experience is must
  • Solution Designing and Hands-on exposure in resolving complex problems


  • BE/Btech – Equivalent
