First Global Deployment of Oracle Transportation Management Cloud using Inspirage’s Rapid Value Framework

A primary objective of enhancing transportation management was to implement a robust and effective freight management system. The foundation of the application is to optimize freight spend and implement additional logistical process disciplines.
Panduit was looking for a single platform to manage all transportation activity throughout its supply chain. After an in-depth evaluation, Panduit opted for Oracle Transportation Management Cloud in order to optimize cost, service level, and the supply chain network to efficiently deliver the most trusted customer experience. Four OTM modules were implemented including: Transportation Management, Operational Planning, Freight Payment and Transportation Intelligence. They also deployed Shipment Planning, Execution, Visibility and Freight Settlement.
Before starting the project with Inspirage, Sam Hanieh at Panduit assessed their current capabilities and noticed they were doing a lot of processes manually. Inspirage helped Panduit deploy 3 global OTM applications, which optimized freight spend by 50%, reduced overhead by 20%, and lowered procurement spend by 10%.
