Inspirage’s training packages are highly flexible to meet the needs of your organization. There are three options that are designed to match your organization’s training and development capability and capacity. These are:

Gold
Platinum

Application Based Training. Train-the-Trainer (TTT) focused

The Silver training package employs a traditional Train-the-Trainer (TTT) approach. This package is best suited to smaller deployments or where your organization already has an extensive training and development capability. Inspirage provides knowledge transfer and training during the project to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Your SMEs or training team assume the responsibility of delivering training to end users. Application based training documentation and materials are provided.

Role Based Training. Instructor Led Training (ILT). End User Focused

Inspirage’s Gold training package provides all the benefits of the Silver Package but also includes high quality role based End User Training development, execution and evaluation. This reduces the time and resources required by your SMEs and/or training and development teams needed to deliver End User Training. This package is well suited where deployments have a large number of end users and/or across multiple applications and multiple locations. Inspirage’ s ‘4D’ training methodology ensures training is delivered to professional Instructor Led Training standards that will meet or exceed your organization’s Learning and Development standards and work with your LMS system.

Role Based Training. Instructor Led Training (ILT). Web-Based Training & Demonstrations

Inspirage’s Platinum training package provides all the benefits of the Gold package but also includes Web-Based Training (virtual classroom and eLearning) and Tool Demos (UPK), and even tool agnostic training to ensure all users have an understanding of business concepts and industry best practices. This package is well suited to large scale deployments across multiple locations. It is also suited where knowledge retention and consistency in training quality delivery is important. Web-Based Training provides significant benefits in this area and is an excellent return on investment. As new employees come on board training can be delivered at a lower cost.
