Brief Job Description:

The Account Receivable Clerk will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Generate and send out invoices
  • Collections
  • Document processes and procedures
  • Generate Spend to Purchase Order analysis
  • Research payment discrepancies
  • Generate AR aging analysis
  • Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
  • Investigate customer queries
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally

Education and Experience:

  • Diploma/Certificate
  • 2+ (3 highly desirable) years accounts receivable and general accounting experience
  • Knowledge of accounts receivable, general booking procedures, general accounting principals
  • Knowledge of office administration and procedures
  • Proficient in data entry and management
  • Good problem-solving skills
