Lisa Anderson is Global Senior Director – Talent, Leadership and Culture.
Lisa Anderson sets global talent, leadership and culture strategy, and manages the US and EMEA HR teams.
Lisa strongly believes in the power of strategic HR to positively impact business and team performance. She also believes and that day to day acts are just as important as big acts when it comes to strengthening company culture.
Most of her career has been focused on improving the effectiveness of teams and individuals to maximize employee satisfaction and business results. Lisa’s expertise lies in organizational development, talent management, organizational design, change management, executive coaching and leadership development.
Prior to Inspirage, Lisa worked at Dell (formerly EMC) and Microsoft, in Learning & Development, Talent Management and Organization Development roles. Earlier in her career, she worked in marketing in the telecom industry and was self-employed as a coach.
Lisa holds a BA from Western University and a BComm from The University of Windsor. Additionally, she holds several professional certifications including Coaching, Organization Development and Leadership.
